Selailin eilen Verkkokaupan saittia ja bongasin sieltä mun vanhaan (4th gen) iPodiin akun alle 9 euron. Laitoinpa sit heti tilaukseen ja kävin töiden jälkeen hakemassa. Olispa liikkeestä nouto yhtä helppoa kuin tilaaminen, oli aivan kusipäiset jonot ja 3 asiakaspalvelijaa noutotiskillä.
Akun mukana tuli kaks kovasta muovista valmistettua “työkalua”. Tiesin jo alkuun ettei tuu oleen helppoa tuo akun vaihto. Netistä kattelin ohjeita ja videoissa kannen irroitus oli kuin lasten leikkiä, ja vitut. Ei tuntunu tehoavan työkalut sitten millään ja tuli pakerrettua aikas kauankin että sain kuoren irti. Itse akun vaihto ei ollut hankala operaatio. Kaikesta huolimatta jos 9 euron panostuksella ja pienellä säätämisellä saan 4 vuotta jatkettua iPodin elämää nii ei ole paha hinta.
Katsotaan nyt sitten kestääkö itse soitin seuraavat neljä vuotta (ja toivottavasti pidempäänkin) melkein päivittäisessä käytössä. Perkele.

“I’ve been promising my peoples a house mix for a year or so and here it is, finally. What was inititally supposed to be a simple party mix with random classics turned into a two part project in the process, mostly because of the vast amount of incredible tunes I just had to include.
What we have here now is 90 minutes worth of NJ & NY style classics all the way from the mid-80’s to the early 90’s. Part 02 with strictly Chicago jams is soon to follow. I know I, I know… I should have done them in reverse order, but I’m still waiting for a few choice 12”s (yes!) to round out the Chicago selection.
